Leadership
SameDay Solar is led by two people who've spent their careers building and scaling residential solar.
A longtime solar entrepreneur and financier. Will founded Complete Solar in 2010 and led its evolution into Complete Solaria, building residential solar sales and financing at scale. He holds a B.S. from MIT and an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business, and brings a finance-and-operations lens to making solar fast.
